Service providers are charged on a per transaction basis for every received and confirmed booking from a customer in the Antah XLOG platform. The standard fee is MYR 20 per container or Trip.

 

You will receive an email from info@myxlog.com that your application has been approved or rejected. It will be followed by an email confirmation that your account has been created along with a SET-PASSWORD link.

 

Payment terms for transactions between the customer and the service provider in the platform will follow the payment terms at their own discretion. XLOG will not dictate what payment terms will be applied in every transaction (ex. Prepaid/Collect/Credit Line).

Payments due to the service providers will be received via your Evault account or directly to the default bank account set by the service providers.

 

Yes, for the purpose of the onboarding evaluation.

Clients will have a button to "Renegotiate" rates with you. You can choose to accept, reject, or counter offer.

 

You can accept/reject the booking. Once accepted, you can upload a "Formal Quotation Document" to the client.

 

As a vendor, you can directly communicate with the shipper in Antah XLOG. We also have a chat box, where you can communicate with Shippers.

 

We provide a platform where you can digitally sell your services and connect yourself to potential new customers in the market.

 

Shipper/consignee and service providers will be given an E-Vault account. Shipper will trigger payment in the E-Vault and pay via FPX to Antah Xlog Sdn Bhd who will in return, pay service providers directly after deducting the transaction fee, and the E-Vault account will capture the incoming funds.

 

Our target customers are SMEs - Exporters/Importers that are in need of the services of vendors like yourself. Our model is really as a market place to connect vendors to potential customers. We will NOT be acting as a digital freight forwarder that offers your services under our name. Only a platform to provide digital capabilities as an additional network to expand your business.

Yes, customers can book individual services.

There’s a rate & services module for the vendors to input their tariff rates as well as their other charges (origin charges).

 

No. After the customer confirms the booking request, the carrier will be notified and will be asked to confirm the booking.

 

Yes. We can do integration via API/EDI whichever is available in your platform.

Vendors can create batch accounts for their clients. If clients don’t have existing accounts on Antah XLOG yet, then this pre-created account by the vendor for the customer will only be limited to the services of that vendor.

 

No. Engagements between the customer and the chosen carrier will remain between both parties. Antah XLOG does not publish or expose your client lists to the public.

 

No. Only customers/booking parties are able to view the sailing schedules of the carriers. Antah XLOG does a CTOS/ROC search prior to accepting the registration of every user in the platform. We determine the legitimacy of these companies so as to make sure that there are no fake accounts created.

 

Yes. Integration via API/EDI is available for vessel schedules.

Yes. In your Antah XLOG account there is a button to download a CSV file wherein you can populate this with your latest schedules and upload it to the platform. This will automatically update the schedules that you put into the platform.

 

Under vessel management, carriers may update the status of the vessels for scenarios like skip sailing, delays, etc. This can also be managed per transaction for cases of re-guiding.

 

Rates are mandatory to be able to appear in the market place and recommendations of the platform. Other charges may be optional but will affect the quotation that is provided to the customer therefore affecting your carriers performance/reliability rating in the system.

 

Without integration, yes. This feature can exist without the need for integration. Document are uploaded directly by the carriers themselves.

 

We use blockchain technology to hash the documents and milestones that are updated by the carriers themselves. In cases of tampering, both parties will be informed that the document has been tampered.

 

Some documents like “container release orders, delivery orders, invoices, etc.” remains at the discretion of the carriers and the customers. They may opt to allow it or not. However, documents like the Bill of Lading will still be required as original if needed. Carriers who are already issuing blockchain BLs may be integrated to the platform to be able to issue originals on XLOG as well.

 

XLOG follows the ff algorithm:

  • If all drivers are on-trip, the next available driver based on estimated time of completion (via driver app geofence)

 

We track the vessels via marine traffic. We are integrated to the premium features of marine traffic enabling us to receive frequent (close to real-time) updates on their vessels whereabouts.

 

We can do API/EDI integration if needed

No. The platform allocates the trip to the best most available driver. The accept button is only to confirm that the driver is in good or proper condition to fulfil the trip.

The reject button is for unforeseen events such as vehicle breakdown. Once rejected, driver will no longer be able to accept any other trips until the trucking admin manually activates the availability of the driver.

 

Internet connection is needed to utilize the functionalities of the app. However, if the driver had connection during the start of the trip and suddenly loses signal along the way, the app is able to store the location points locally. Once signal is back, it sends out the details to the platform to be updated.

 

Trucking admins may re-assign the trips to other drivers that may be available.

The truck directly, no. We monitor trucks through the driver app that is associated with the vehicle. However, we are available to connect to any third party gps provider that your truck may be using.

 

We monitor the vehicles through a history log wherein it determines which driver, chassis and trip which it is associated to at specific points in time.

 

Yes. There is an option to re-assign drivers.

By adding drivers under your fleet management page, they are automatically created in an account based on the mobile number that is provided here. Driver will receive an SMS with the username and PIN to log in to his driver app. Once logged in, they can change their passwords.

 

These are all based on the transactions and activity that you do in the platform.

No. Only data within your Antah XLOG account will be used.

The e-vault is created automatically for every account registered on Antah XLOG.

Antah Xlog will directly pay to service providers bank account once payment is received via FPX from the customer and after deducting transaction fees

Inside your e-vault, you may register your bank account/s. This will require the approval of 2 finance representatives. 1 maker and 1 checker.

 

On Antah XLOG, you will have full control as to the services you offer. You can input your services and when there is a booking from customers, you will directly receive the booking for your confirmation. We mainly provide the platform and the capability to of digital but the service will remain at your control. Please refer to the presentation I attached to further understand our platform.

 

Antah XLOG will not be the one to put your services, it will be you as a vendor in the platform. You will have your own Antah XLOG account to manage and offer services. You will also receive bookings via this Antah XLOG account.
